Will Rochester’s Annoying Potholes Be Fixed Thanks To Pizza?
Rochester, you may have noticed, tends to have issues with potholes this time of year. There’s a giant one right by my apartment building that I have to swerve around every day. While I’m still waiting on the city to get that sucker fixed, another unlikely source might be coming to my rescue.
That’s because this week, Domino’s Pizza just announced a new campaign that aims to help fix potholes throughout America. Seriously. Domino’s Pizza. Huh.
It’s actually a pretty cool idea on their part; they’re earning some goodwill by repairing damaged roads, and they get to stamp their logo on the repairs. Win-win, huh?
They’ve apparently already started work in Texas, Delaware, Georgia, and California. Will they come to Rochester? With pizza? We can only hope. But we can also nominate Rochester by heading here.
