The food vendors are returning this year and the beer garden will be open when Rochester’s annual community celebration kicks off later this month. The RochesterFest festivities will kick off with the popular Country Breakfast on the Farm on June 19th and in case you’re wondering the Rochesterfest parade is also coming back and will happen on Saturday, June 26th.

Two unique 5k run/walks have been added to the event lineup this year and both are generating a lot of buzz. Find out what makes them special and read more about the events happening this year below.

On Saturday, June 19th at 10 am you’re invited to take part in the Once Upon a 5k run/walk with Family Service Rochester. This special race will have a princess theme with a ton of bubbles, dancing, and costumed characters. I know my 5-year-old daughter is going to love this!

Later that night the race paths will glow with blacklights for the Blacklight Bubblr 5k at 8 pm. This race is going to be awesome with music blasting, glow sticks, black lights, and more. Check out some of the other events below.
