What Would You Like To See Go In The Old 'Whiskey Creek' Location?

It's been quite a few months since Whiskey Creek abruptly closed its doors. What do you think should go there?I don't know if anyone has purchased the building yet or if there are other plans for it, but I'd like to see a sports bar franchise go in its place. I know Rochester has its fair share of sports bars but it's MY dream. You get your own!

Something like a 'Tilted Kilt' would be cool. Or I've often wondered why Rochester never had a Hooters. I think we need another option when it comes to watching the game or just hanging out with friends, drinking a beer or two.

Better yet, how about another local brewery? I'm certainly not knocking the ones we do have in Rochester. I've been to all of them and have thoroughly enjoyed them. I'm just thinking maybe another option.
