You'd be surprised how many people don't exactly know...

I just moved back to Minnesota last year, so I had to re-register all over again in order to do my civic duty as an American and vote.

In case you haven't registered, or don't know if you're registered or not, you might want to know what you have to bring with you to the polls on November 8...

I went around the office and asked my co-workers to see if they knew:

Obviously, there are many different theories as to what you need to bring with you. But here's the actual answer...

If you still need to register, be sure to bring your valid Minnesota ID (a driver's license will do) with your current name and address. Or you can bring your ID (driver's license) and a bill with your name and current address on it.

If you've already registered, then you technically don't need to bring anything. How easy is that?

The most important thing in all this is to remember to vote! It's one of the best parts about being an American. We all have a voice and we need to be sure to use it!
