The National Weather Service says, "areas of light freezing drizzle have developed early this morning. Use caution if heading out on the roads this morning as they could be slippery in spots, especially if untreated. 3-5 inches of snow is expected in the Rochester area on Friday with much heavier snow expected to the west.
