Foo Fighters appeared on the Late Late Show with James Corden last night (Sept. 20) for the popular "Carpool Karaoke" series in what is likely to go down as one of the most epic segments of the series yet!

The almost 13-minute clip, which can be viewed above, starts off with Corden fighting through some rough traffic, leading him to enlist the help of the Foos to get into the carpool lane. He then asks if they mind listening to some music. Frontman Dave Grohl howls, "Are you ready?!?" and the late night show host along with all six Foos launch into a karaoke version of the band's high-octane hit "All My Life."

"Best of You" is next, leaving Corden out of breath, followed by "Learn to Fly" and one of the band's latest singles, "The Sky Is a Neighborhood" from their new album Concrete and Gold. In between tracks, Corden touches on a few topics including how original Foo bassist Nate Mendel hooked up with the group, Grohl's broken leg incident and the last time the group were all in the same vehicle together.

Corden, who has been air-drumming the entire time is asked by Grohl if he's a drummer, to which the host replies, "No...I mean I think I'd kick both [Grohl and drummer Taylor Hawkins] your asses because rhythm moves within me."

"I've never really picked up the sticks, but I don't consider it to be an issue," Corden continues. "It's a feeling."

Grohl suggests an audition and they all end up at the local Guitar Center where Corden is not surprisingly taken to task by the singer and Hawkins in a three man drum-off. Foo Fighters then do an impromptu jam where they replicate the infamous Rick Roll where they tease Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit" for the bewildered fans in attendance but turn it into an amped up cover of Rick Astley's "Never Gonna Give You Up" with Corden on vocals.
