Do you long for the days where festival bills were lined with just about every band to tease their hair and throw on a pair of spandex pants? Then circle Sept. 17 on your calendar because the SiriusXM Hair Nation Festival is coming to town!

The event will be hosted by radio personality and heavy metal icon, Eddie Trunk as the '80s descends upon the Irvine Meadows Amphitheatre in Irvine, Calif. Performing at the festival will be some of the the most iconic figures of the glam genre, including Vince Neil, Bret Michaels, Yngwie Malmsteen, Kix, Slaughter, Lita Ford, Vixen, Britny Fox, BulletBoys, Faster Pussycat, LA Guns’ Phil Lewis and Tracii Guns, Loudness, Junkyard, Vain, Tuff, Bang Tango, Pretty Boy Floyd, Decline of the Western Civilization Part II heroes Odin, Gabbie Rae, and Circus of Power.

"I can’t wait to perform back in Southern California where it all started for me," exclaimed Vince Neil, adding, "This is a big kick ass event and I’m gonna pull out all the stops on this one. What a great lineup, in a great venue… see you in September. Be there!” Eddie Trunk is equally excited, stating, “I'm truly honored to host the first ever Hair Nation show. As a lifelong fan, friend and supporter of so many of these bands on radio and TV it's great to see them have their own event to celebrate their decades of great music.”

Rounding out the lineup will be two unsigned victors of SiriusXM's Hair Nation Festival Battle of the Bands. The battle will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 17 on the Sunset Strip in Hollywood, Calif. at the Whisky A Go-Go, a venue that helped launch the career of countless hair bands in that glorious decade. The winner will serve as the opening act on the main stage and the second place band will open the second stage. Eddie Trunk and a panel of celebrity rock judges will pick the runner-up winner and bands can apply for a chance to play the battle by emailing whiskyagogobooking@yahoo.com by June 17, 2016.

General admission and VIP tickets will be on sale Friday, April 22 at 10AM PT here. Options for experiences and VIP opportunities include access to one or more VIP lounges, premier seating and VIP restrooms, exclusive meet and greet photo opportunities with participating bands, front row seats and more.
