Unique Attraction Allows Minnesota Monster Jam Fans To Experience The Trucks
One of my favorite memories is taking my son to Monster Jam at US Bank Stadium. We had a blast watching the massive trucks jump, flip, and crush. If you have a youngster that is obsessed with Monster Jam you can get up close to the trucks this week at a special limited-time attraction. Below you'll find all of the details on how to create some amazing memories with your child.
Monster Jam Thunder Alley Is Open For A Limited Time in Minnesota
You know Monster Trucks are HUGE, but do you know how big they really are?
The trucks are 12' tall and 12' wide and weigh about 10,000 pounds! The average Monster Jam truck costs about $250,000 to construct.
Monster Jam trucks can reach speeds of 100mph but rarely do because of the limited space they have inside arenas.
They can fly too, these trucks can reach heights up to 35 feet when coming off a ramp.
Monster Jam Thunder Alley Is Open Minnesota's Valleyfair
Valleyfair says visitors will get to "experience the larger-than-life trucks that compete in Monster Jam® and take a stroll through Thunder Alley."
This interactive event allows guests to take a ride on a multi-passenger Monster Jam Freestyle Ride Truck and tinker in the truck garage.
Fans will learn exactly how a 1,500-horsepower engine works to power the giant trucks.
Thunder Alley is free with your Valleyfair ticket, but you can upgrade with a VIP ticket.
The Monster Jam Full Throttle VIP included, "includes, one reserved ride time for one guest on the Monster Jam Freestyle Ride Experience during a designated one-hour window of time on a selected day. The package also includes a VIP lanyard and choice of one item (Monster Jam 1:24 Truck, Monster Jam Backpack or Monster Jam Yearbook)."
