Two New Stores Coming to Rochester

Sports Authority closed last year, and it has been unclear what was going to take it's place... until now! Two new stores will take over the location. Here are the details. 

The 33,000 square foot retail center will be split in two to home a couple chain stores - Petco and Five Below according to PB's Jeff Kiger.

This will be a second location for Petco. Their other location is in North Rochester by Buffalo Wild Wings.

This will be the first store in Southern Minnesota for Five Below. They have 5 locations in Minnesota, 575 locations throughout the U.S., and more than 100 new locations expected to open this year.

Five Below caters to teens, pre-teens and their parents, and have everything priced at $5 or lower as their name states. Each store is divided into eight departments -  style, room, sports, tech, crafts, party, candy and now. You can get a sneak peak of their products online now.  

According to the Post Bulletin, there is no word on opening date at this time.
