Thousands show up for season’s First Thursday’s on 1st and 3rd Event

Thousands of people enjoyed the sunshine Thursday by taking part in the first Thursday's on First and Third event of the season.

The popular weekly event is staged by the Rochester Downtown Alliance and offers Rochester residents, those who work in the city, and visitors entertainment, plentiful food, and shopping opportunities each Thursday through the summer.

The hours are 11 a.m. through 8:30 p.m. and there are a total of 13 Thursday's on First and Third planned through the end of August.
