This Is A Complete Overreaction By A School and State. [VIDEO]

Just like the title of the YouTube video says, "The Most Insane Story Of School And State Overreaction Ever"

A North Jersey teen says he was suspended from school for twirling a pencil, but the school says it was more than that.

According to News 12 in New Jersey:

Chaplin said he was sitting in class, spinning a pencil with a pen cap on top when a fellow student told his teacher, "He's making gun motions, send him to juvie."

After the incident, Chaplin's dad, Michael, said his son was effectively suspended pending a psychological examination, which the middle schooler passed.
