This Amazing Rochester Business is Just 3 Years Old and is Already Expanding
This local Rochester business has only had its doors open for three years but is already expanding.
It's always great to see another Minnesota business that's successful enough that it can already expand its footprint-- especially during the especially challenging year we've just experienced.
So a big shout-out to Thesis Beer Project of Rochester! They made the announcement on their Instagram page last week that they're expanding their brewery and taproom, located on 2nd Street Southwest.
According to their Instagram post, work is already underway:
Reliable Contractors will be enclosing our front patio and knocking out some walls to create more seating, more fermentation space, better sight lines to the stage area and more opportunities for big events!
Thesis Beer Project also noted that the construction project has necessitated a few temporary changes to the way the brewery and taproom operate, noting that "It is going to look and feel a bit odd for a month or so inside, and there will be no ability to use the front door. Please use our parking lot out back and come in through the back door," the post said.
Thesis also said that when the new project is complete, the taproom will offer better views, more space, more live music and a new and improved patio. So, congratulations, Thesis Beer Project! I'm looking forward to hoisting a pint (or several!) in your new, improved space!
Now if you're a fan of craft beer like I am, make sure you check out Rochester On Tap, coming to Mayo Civic Center on October 30th, with over 50 brewers sampling over 100 craft beers! And keep scrolling to check out even MORE great local breweries right here in our own backyard too.
