Wednesday night the Thunderstorm that hit us saw wind speeds spiking at 70 MPH in some spots of Southeastern Minnesota. You can get all the details here, but scroll down to the how strong a storm it really was.

Running thru the Twitters this morning I found this amazing photo taken by John Howard-Carroll and shared by Chris Kuball Chief Meteorologist at ABC 6 News. Can you imagine the force needed to not just land on the roof, but to push thru the shingles, the wood, the ceiling board and all that?

Just wild.

Some other pictures of downed trees and a mysterious object in a field from our listeners.
