The Most Unique Place You Can Now Get a Free Caribou Coffee In Minnesota
Caribou Coffee locations can be found all over Minnesota, but there's one place you probably haven't a cup of Caribou Coffee...yet.
Caribou Coffee is a proud Minnesota company, having been founded here in the Land of 10,000 Lakes by John and Kim Puckett 30 years ago in 1992. The Caribou website says their corporate headquarters and roastery are still here in the North Star State, though there are over 700 Caribou locations across the world, and you can get Caribou products in all 50 states.
But there's now ANOTHER place you can get a cup of Caribou Coffee: On board any Sun Country Airlines flight. That's right, instead of the generic 'coffee' that's often served on many other airline flights, you'll now be able to enjoy a genuine cup of Caribou Coffee on Sun Country flights... for free.
This new offering totally makes sense, seeing as Caribou was named the Official Coffee of Sun Country Airlines earlier this year. In fact, the two Minnesota companies started working together earlier this year, offering Caribou's ready-to-drink Cold Brew Coffee on Sun Country flights since January.
And now, a joint Caribou/Sun Country release stated that you'll be able to enjoy a complimentary cup of fresh-brewed hot Caribou Coffee while onboard any of Sun Country’s more than 98 routes across 78 airports in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean.
The release noted Caribou invested some serious capital to make the free cup of joe available to Sun Country passengers, noting: "Sun Country worked closely with Caribou to ensure high flavor quality and consistency in the onboard experience for all guests and invested more than $250,000 in equipment upgrades onboard," the release said.
