The 5 Worst Drivers in Southern Minnesota

The left lane is for people that actually WANT to do the speed limit. If you're going 1 mile an hour UNDER the posted limit, get the hell out of the way!

When there's construction ahead and one of the lanes is closing, the state of Minnesota prefers that you use the "Zipper Merge." 

Sure, this may make some sense. But I hate it. My biggest problem with it is when the driver in the closing lane has to do everything in their power to ride that closing lane to the very last second and merge in front of me. I don't know why I hate it, I just do.

This drives me insane. Pay attention! If you need to, by all means, check your phone or do your hair and make-up at the red light. But you damn well better make sure you're keeping an eye on the light and when it turns green, you have .05 seconds to hit the gas or I'm giving you the horn.

You know this person. I'm sure you've seen them around Rochester a lot. The one that pulls up about 10-15 feet short of the crosswalk at a red light. Isn't there some sort of trigger mechanism that monitors if there's a car, or cars, sitting at the stoplight? If so, MOVE UP, IDIOT!

You're NOT being nice when you do this! You're being a jerk to everyone behind you! You want to be nice? Keep it moving, a-hole. Ain't nobody got time for dat! The people waiting to get in can wait for another 10-15 seconds for their opening. Stop letting them in.
