The 39 License Plates That Are Illegal Here in Minnesota
Forget about having these personalized license plates on your vehicle here in Minnesota, because they've been declared illegal!

So, the story continued, forget about applying for a personalized license plate with the following phrases:
Now, speaking of things that SHOULD be illegal-- how about some of these intersections here in Minnesota's Med City? Okay, maybe they shouldn't be outlawed, but they sure could stand to be improved, because they're the Most Annoying Intersections in Rochester!
