Teen Arrested After 125 MPH Chase With Young Kids in Car
St. Paul, MN (KROC-AM News) - Minnesota State Troopers continue to use social media to share stories about some of the offenders they’ve encountered during an ongoing statewide crackdown on speeders.
A trooper recently arrested an 18-year-old man following a chase on I-94 at speeds reaching 125 miles per hour. The trooper found 3 passengers in the car, ages 16, 10 and 8 years old.
The 16-year-old was the owner of the Audi and apparently told the 18-year-old driver to “go for it” after the trooper activated his lights to initiate the traffic stop.
The statewide enforcement campaign runs through July 26th.
