"Black Horizon" is the first new music from the hard rock supergroup in eight years.

The Northern California event also features Kool & the Gang, Men at Work and Tom Morello.

He'll make his first U.K. appearances in more than three years amid a lengthy run of stateside concerts.

Mark Dixon was hired to replace Brad Delp in 1981 but dismissed by Tom Scholz without receiving the pay he’d been promised.

The Marshall Tucker Band, Shinedown, Jelly Roll and others will also appear at select dates.

"Grateful Dead songs are like masterpieces," the producer told UCR, regarding his collaboration with the late guitarist.

"It's kind of f---ed up when somebody goes, 'Hey, you might want to get your things in order,' the Ratt founder says now.
