Taco Bell ‘Drastically’ Changing Up Its Menu In Minnesota, 9 Items Dropped
If you're a fan of fourth meal and deliciously cheesy and beefy food that you will definitely pay for both at the store and much, much later, I have some bad news. In just a few short weeks, Taco Bell is set to give their menu a 'drastic' makeover. And unfortunately, that means nine items did not make the cut.
So what's leaving? Starting September 12th, these items are going away forever:*
- Beefy Mini Quesadilla
- Chips & Salsa
- Chipotle Chicken Loaded Griller
- Double Decker Taco
- Cool Ranch Tacos
- Fiery Doritos Locos Tacos
- Double Tostada
- Power Menu Burrito
- XXL Grilled Stuft Burrito
RIP Cool Ranch and Fiery Dorito Locos Tacos - those are serious bummers. Also, is it just me or is it a bit weird that you won't be able to buy Chips & Salsa at Taco Bell? Not that I ever did, but...okay, maybe that's why.
As for why the company is set to drastically change up its menu, they gave their reasoning in a press release by comparing their decision to "chopping all your hair off, buying new clothes, and getting a fresh, new start." In no way does that sound like a midlife crisis.
Oh well. Hopefully they don't plan on messing with the Crunchwrap Supreme. I would riot.
*(for now, at least)
