Slipknot have posted a mysterious casting call for a new music video, inviting fans to a shoot in Los Angeles next Friday, Oct. 5. The message was captioned "Slipknot 20th Anniversary," alluding to 2019, which will be the 20-year anniversary of the band's self-titled debut album. Shawn “Clown” Crahan recently alluded to an impending reissue of the album in a recent interview, where he also confirmed that the band will be re-releasing All Hope Is Gone.

Fans wanting to participate in the music video shoot can email their name and age to slipknot20th@gmail.com. Those who are under the age of 18 will need to provide a copy of their parent/guardian's photo identification and a release form signed by them as well. You can see their post below.

Yesterday (Sept. 25), news broke of the band potentially working with producer Ross Robinson (who worked with the band on their self-titled album as well as 2001's Iowa) on their new album, which is also expected in 2019. Frontman Corey Taylor recently compared the band’s new songs to those from Iowa. “It’s only in the demo stages right now, however we have very serious, tentative plans – and I say that because the best way to make God laugh is to announce your plans out loud – to go into the studio at the beginning of next year and get this fucker going,” he told Kerrang!. “We have 16 songs written right now, and they are fucking dangerous. I loved .5 [The Gray Chapter], but this album, to me, makes .5 look like nobody’s business.”
