CANCELED – Rochester’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade of Pubs
Update:
Today we received an email from the Rochester Caledonia Bagpipers that said: "Governor Walz and the Minnesota Department of Health recommend that we do not attend events that create personal risk of virus transmission. For St. Patrick’s Day events, our band enhances that risk by creating crowded conditions that violate the recommendation of personal distancing. So, regretfully, we believe it is prudent to cancel our events schedule (Saturday, March 14th and Tuesday, March 17th).
