According to the study, these are some of the best stores in Rochester for Black Friday shopping:

JCP offers an average discount of 65.13%, and is one of the best places to buy Apparel & Accessories, Computers & Phones, Consumer Packaged Goods, Toys, Jewelry, and Other Products.

Kohl’s offers an average discount of 60.76%, and is the best place to buy Toys, Furniture, Jewelry, and Other Products.

  1. Payless ShoeSource

Payless offers an average discount of 50.34%. This may shock you, but you can find a lot of shoes there.

  1. Macy's

Macy's offers an average discount of 48.74%. I bought a jacket there once!

5. Shopko

Shopko offers an average discount of 45.3%, and is one of the best places to buy Apparel & Accessories, Computers & Phones, Consumer Electronics, Toys, Appliances, Furniture, Jewelry, Video Games, and Other Products.
