Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester woman who was placed on probation last year for causing a traffic crash while she was driving drunk with a young child in her vehicle has been charged with another DUI case.  And, police say there were two children with her this time.

And, it was her third DUI arrest in just over a year.

Court records show 35-year-old Lawanda Hicks was arrested last week after a test found she had a blood/alcohol level of .12. Police say she was driving with a revoked license. It was revoked after her first DUI in March last year.

The most recent case came nearly a year to the day Hicks caused the traffic wreck. She ran a red light and crashed into another vehicle June 28th.  A 4-year-old child was in her car but was not hurt.

Besides being placed on probation for that DUI case, Hicks was ordered to complete chemical dependency treatment.
