Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - Rochester Public Utilities has been given $500,000 in COVID-19 relief funds and is using the money to help some of its customers.

RPU says the assistance is being offered to locally owned small businesses. The program also has designated funding for women, minority, and veteran-owned local businesses.

Applications must be submitted for approval by October 16.
