Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - She’s back. A Rochester woman who was arrested last year for stealing items from numerous mailboxes is at it again.

Olmsted County investigators arrested 43-year-old Angela Clemens Friday after some stolen property was found in her home.

The computer games had been sent by a rural Rochester man, who was told by the buyer they had never arrived. The man began checking online sites and after finding them listed, contacted the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office.

Clemens was arraigned Tuesday for another mail theft. That one occurred in Stewartville Oct 17th. A man saw Clemens take an envelope from his mailbox and drive off. He followed her in his car and was able to take pictures of Clemens and her vehicle and turned them over to investigators.

Clemens made headline news last year when a surveillance camera at the home of one of her victims caught her in the act. Under a plea agreement, she pleaded guilty to 3 felony counts and eight other charges were dismissed. Clemens was placed on probation for 3 years and ordered to perform 100 hours of community work service.
