Rochester Police Make Two Arrests at Massage Business

Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) -  Two employees of a Rochester massage business were arrested Wednesday on prostitution-related charges.

Police Capt. John Sherwin says they were arrested after making “inappropriate contact” with an undercover officer.

Arrested were 50-year-old Hong Li and 60-year-old Lihua Shaddy, both of Rochester.

They were working at Happy Body and Foot Massage at 1107 7th St NW. Sherwin says the business could face civil action against its license.
