Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester man who has already served prison time for DWI may be headed back after being caught driving while three times over the legal limit.

An Olmsted County deputy made a traffic stop on West Circle Dr. Thursday night and discovered the driver smelled strongly of alcohol. His blood/alcohol level was tested at .23.

Arrested for felony DWI and driving without a license was 39-year-old Olivier Mpagazihe.

He already has four DWI convictions on his record dating back to 2003. Three are felonies and one led to a prison sentence.

Court records show Mpagazihe was arrested for DWI in Ramsey County in 2008. That came just a month after a felony DWI arrest in Rice County while he was living in Northfield.

He was sentenced to 48 months in prison for the Ramsey County conviction.
