Rochester Man Arrested for DWI after Crashing into Tree

Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - Rochester police officers located the driver of a car that crashed near the Cub Foods store early Monday morning - after he fled on foot.

A spokesman says the vehicle crashed into a tree and telephone pole along 15th Ave. SE around 2 a.m. The man was found a short while later a few blocks away at Bear Creek Park.  25 year old Jessy Dominguez wasn’t seriously injured but was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a breath test showed he had a blood/alcohol level of more than .2.
