Rochester Home Invasion Suspects Plead Guilty
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - Two men who were charged in a home invasion in Rochester earlier this year have pleaded guilty and are awaiting sentencing.
20-year-old Adrick Mims and 19-year-old Yasin Sufi were identified as suspects in the February incident that happened at The Edge Apartments complex near the RCTC campus.
Three RCTC students told police two men entered an apartment and one pointed a gun at the victims and demanded money. When the victims said they had no money, the intruders took a phone, a watch and other property and left.
One of the suspects was wearing the stolen watch when he was arrested. Other stolen items were also found in their vehicle. The two are scheduled to be sentenced in July.
