Rochester Brewery Teaming up for Farm-to-Table Picnic

Find a spot to sit on the gorgeous 150-acre Four Sisters Farm, and prepare for an excellent meal accompanied by live music. Rochester founded business, "Dinner on the Farm" has been spending the summer showcasing area farms while highlighting local chefs, breweries, and bands at each stop. Their next stop features Forager Brewery and Restaurant.

Sometimes folks still assume farm-to-table events are only formal, white-tablecloth affairs with tickets over $200 per person, but we’re proving that doesn’t have to be the case. - Monica Walch, owner of Dinner on the Farm

Bring your own dishware and blanket and enjoy a truly unique farm-to-table experience, picnic style. This collaboration will happen one night only -  August 10th from 4 pm until 8 pm at Four Sisters Farm. Tickets are $50 per adult and free for children 10 and under. Forager will provide a cash bar for their beer.

What kind of food can you expect? Chef Kari's Menu for the feast includes pastured poultry and grass-fed beef from the farm as well as duck eggs and seasonal produce from the gardens on the farm.
