Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - Rochester travelers will soon have access to daily direct flights to a major airline hub in the western U.S.

Beginning October 1st, the Rochester International Airport will begin a schedule of daily direct flights to and from Denver International Airport. The flights will be offered by United Airlines and operated by its affiliate Skywest Airlines.

RST Executive Director John Reed, “This new non-stop Denver flight not only connects our community to the mile-high city and the majestic Rockies, it also opens up easy connections through Denver’s hub to the south and the west.”

Reed also announced that United and Skywest also plan to resume their daily flights between Chicago O’Hare Airport and Rochester on October 1st. Information about the schedule and costs of the flights to Denver and Chicago are available at the United Airlines website.
