Police Officers Say ‘Mysterious Voice’ Called Them to Rescue Trapped Toddler [Video]
A woman in Utah died in a crash Friday when her car drove off the road and flipped upside down, landing on the edge of a river.
Her 18-month-old daughter somehow survived 14 hours in the freezing cold, hanging upside down in her car seat with her head just inches from the freezing water. Four police officers said when they found the car, they heard a woman inside calling for help.
However, that was not possible because the mother, 25-year-old Lynn Jennifer Groesbeck, was already dead.
The police officers all swear they heard a "mysterious voice" at the crash site in Spanish Fork, Utah, on the Spanish Fork River, Salt Lake City's KSTU-TV Fox 13 reported.
So, naturally, some believe it was the mother's ghost calling for help.
Isn't it possible the mother calling for help, but she died just as they got to the car?
Nah. It was a ghost. Definitely a ghost.
Meanwhile, the toddler, Lily, is currently hospitalized at Intermountain Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City, KSTU-TV Fox 13 reported.
