Pier 1 Stores Throughout Minnesota Are Closing For Good

The last few months have been hard for many businesses and we have seen several in Rochester close for good due to Covid-19. Today, all of the Pier 1 stores are added to the "closed businesses in 2020" list.

"Pier 1 Imports, Inc. (OTCPK: PIRRQ) (“Pier 1” or the “Company”) today announced that it has filed a motion seeking Bankruptcy Court approval to begin an orderly wind-down of the Company’s retail operations as soon as reasonably possible after store locations are able to reopen following the government-mandated closures during the COVID-19 pandemic." - Pier1.com
