Pace Dairy Foods has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Southeast Minnesota for the past 8 years — and they're holding on to that status through the economic uncertainty of the coronavirus outbreak.

A division of Kroger Company, a Fortune 500 company, Pace Dairy is considered an "essential business" as a natural and processed cheese packaging facility in the Rochester community. The location provides a steady job and schedule within a family-like atmosphere, which is important to many employees.
