Opening Date Getting Closer for New Coffee Shop in Eyota

There is one thing that makes me extremely happy and that is coffee.  Well, today was a good day because I got a little excited when I heard that in just a few weeks, another new coffee shop will be opening just a few miles from Rochester, Minnesota.

A few weeks ago, I had a road trip and as I left the Rochester, Minnesota area, I passed through the adorable town of Eyota.  I knew that Due North Coffee Co. had purchased land but wasn't sure on the timeline of their new place in that community.

I snapped a few photos of the new shop located across the street from the Kwik Trip and know that the community is going to be thrilled for this new addition.

I reached out to the owners to see if they had an update on when opening day might happen:

We are looking at opening mid July and hopefully in time for Eyota Days. We have been receiving a lot of comments on social media and meeting Eyota residents who are super excited for us to be open. We can’t wait to start serving coffee in Eyota! - Due North Coffee Co.

 

I've been reading the comments people are leaving on Instagram and laughing because I can tell I have a few coffee fanatic bff's in Eyota.
