Undated (KROC AM News) - There was one big winner in Tuesday night’s Mega Millions drawing that had a world-record jackpot of $1.6-billion up for grabs.

According to the multi-state lottery,” a single lucky ticket holder in South Carolina can claim the largest lottery jackpot ever offered in the worldwide lottery industry – an estimated $1.6 billion ($913.7 million cash). The winning numbers for October 23 are the white balls the white balls 5, 28, 62, 65 and 70, plus the gold Mega Ball 5.”
