You see these lists every year. The Top 10 Christmas Toys for (Insert Year) Well, here are MY favorite toys I received when I was a kid.

    Atari 2600

Kicking off the list is a "toy" I got when I think I was about 10 years old. My siblings and I actually got it from our uncle. Back in the day, THIS was awesome! I probably logged thousands of hours playing Missle Command.

    Stretch Armstrong

Stretch was the shiznit. Until you popped his head off and saw the pink goo inside. Not sure if it was toxic but being the 70's...it probably was.

    The Star Trek Teleporter

I never really got into Star Trek when I was a kid but my mom bought this for me and I thought it was AWESOME!

  • 7

    Evel Knievel Stunt Bike

I don't care who you are. If you grew up in the 70's, you idolized Evel Knievel. The guy jumped buses, canyons and SHARKS! (or he was supposed to and crashed in a practice jump)

    ANYTHING Star Wars

I was never a huge fan of Star Wars when I was a kid. But my mom thought my brother and I were, apparently. We had the Star Wars sheets and bed spreads plus a bunch of Star Wars action figures, t-shirts etc. Still liked playing with them.

    SSP Racers

We had the SSP cars but never the "Time Trial Set"...Thanks mom! I didn't even know it existed until I was putting this list together!

    ANYTHING Hot Wheels ©

What red blooded American kid DIDN'T like Hot Wheels©? Especially the race tracks. The orange, bendy tracks that you had to use connectors to put it together. AWESOME!

  • 3

    G.I. Joe (with real hair)

And he really did come with a kung fu grip!

  • 2

    The 6 Million Dollar Man

This was always one of my favorite toys. I remember you could look in the back of his noggin' through his bionic eye. T'was awesome!

    Big Wheel!

This was the absolute best, hands down, #1 toy I ever had. Get it going as fast as you can then pull that brake and skid. Oh, the miles I put on a big wheel.
