Mom – Mother Nature Is On Your Side This Weekend!
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - It looks like Mother Nature will cooperate with mothers in SE Minnesota who have outdoor plans for the Mother’s day weekend.
Only slight chances of rain are in the forecast through Sunday. High temperatures are expected to be below average, rising to 60-65.
The outlook for the coming week calls for slight chances of rain Tuesday and Friday and highs should be around 70 every day.
The weekend weather should also be welcomed by anglers who are taking part in the Minnesota fishing opener.
Temperatures were in the low 40s Saturday morning in Albert Lea where the Governor’s Fishing Opener is being held for the first time on Fountain Lake. The same weather was being reported in the Brainerd Lakes area Saturday morning.
