Minnesota Baker Has Created an Insane Cotton Candy Burrito

A Minnesota baker has gone off the deep end! Or... maybe not. This might actually be a genius concoction that they have whipped up. It's a cotton candy burrito and I might need to try it.

This cotton candy burrito is sold at a bakery up in Anoka, MN called Sticky Cheeks Cake. The owners, Crystal and Cailie, have been on the Food Network 3 times and the team at Sticky Cheeks Cake has won 2 shows. They are also self-taught cake decorators and are super talented!

But they have also created some treats other than cakes, like this wild and colorful cotton candy burrito. Any kid or kid at heart with a major sweet tooth will love this. It's three pieces of cotton candy laid out with piles of candy in the middle and scoops of ice cream on top. Then the cotton candy is rolled up around the candy and ice cream to create the burrito.

It makes my teeth hurt looking at it but I also really want to try it! It also reminds me of the Minnesota State Fair food that was new a few years ago. I can't remember what it was called but it was an ice cream cone surrounded by cotton candy. Of course I tried it.
