Mayo Clinic Names New Top Administrator in Rochester
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - The Mayo Clinic has a new Rochester Chief Administrative Officer.
The healthcare provider announced Friday that Natalie Caine will succeed Mary Jo Williamson as the Mayo Clinic's top administrator in Rochester on October 12. Williamson recently assumed a new leadership position with Mayo Collaborative Services.
In her new position, Caine will work with Dr. Amy Williams "to provide overall management of the Rochester practice and oversee the Rochester practices operating performance, financial strength, and contributions to Mayo Clinic to cure, connect, and transform healthcare."
"Mayo Clinic in Rochester is a world-renowned destination medical center that is transforming the future of health care," says Christina Zorn, Mayo Clinic chief administrative officer. "Natalie has distinguished herself by leading initiatives that align with the needs of our patients and provide opportunities for staff to find even more meaning in their work. She will serve as a tremendous partner to Dr. Williams to continue advancing Mayo Clinic in Rochester."
Caine has been a Mayo Clinic employee since 2005 when she joined as an administrative fellow. A news release says her previous roles include Rochester site director of the administrative fellowship program, assistant secretary of the Midwest Clinical Practice Committee, and associate administrator of the Department of Medicine.
