Mantorville, MN (KROC AM News) - The activities director and head football coach at Kasson-Mantorville High School has pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated.

Under a plea deal, 42-year-old Broc Threinen entered a guilty plea to a misdemeanor charge of 4th degree DWI. Charges of 3rd degree DWI and open bottle were dismissed. Threinen was placed on probation for one year and ordered to pay $700 in fines and fees.

Threinen was arrested in September, just hours after his team defeated Rochester John Marshall. He was taken to the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office where a breath test indicated he had a blood/alcohol concentration of more than twice the legal limit.

The district relieved him of his coaching duties for the remainder of the season. Threinen was also placed on administrative leave for his AD duties through Oct 10th.
