Kasson Man Pleads Guilty to Child Solicitation Charge
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Kasson man has pleaded guilty to a felony charge connected to his arrest in December after he arrived at a Rochester Park to meet a teenage girl.
39-year-old Chad Tudahl admitted Thursday to a charge of solicitation of a child to engage in sexual contact. In exchange, prosecutors dropped a prostitution related charge. Tudahl was accused of posting an ad on Craigslist seeking a young girl for a sexual encounter. A police officer posing as a 15-year-old girl responded to the online ad and Tudahl arranged to meet her at Bear Creek Park.
He is scheduled to be sentenced on July 20th.
