‘I Don’t Give a F* If You Call Me Sexist’: WI Owner Defends Video Bashing Female Servers
I prefer hiring male over female all f***ing day cuz these females they’re b****es, they just b***h about everything.
The owner of Angelini’s Ristorante in Onalaska, Wisconsin made that comment in a 10-minute video posted to the restaurant's YouTube channel. Watch the video titled "At Angelini's they prefer male server," below and you'll see Angelini and three employees sitting at a bar, trashing female servers.
At one point, an employee chimes in to claim that women simply can't handle the heat of the kitchen.
"When they get overwhelmed they can't deal with the stress and they overreact a lot honestly. They can't really deal with their emotion as good as males."

Angelini's Special YoutubeThe entire video is just one offensive comment after another. But it's the owner himself who takes things to the next level, making it clear that he isn't worried about any backlash.

"I don’t give a f**k if you want to call me sexist, I don’t give a f**k if I’m prejudice," Angelini states. "Females are females, they just get too much f**king drama and then what they do, they bring their drama to the kitchen... You don’t like it? That's your f**king problem."
When reached for comment by News 8000, Angelini said, "I don't think I said nothing bad in that video, I only said what I prefer. I didn't say I would never hire a female... But if a female comes for a job, yeah I would hire her."
WARNING: THIS VIDEO CONTAINS DISTURBING LANGUAGE AND OPINIONS
I immediately thought of my mom when I saw this video. She spent most of her life working her butt off as a server. There was no "drama"—just pure hustle and hard work. The hours sucked and the pay was always up and down, but she just kept showing up and was often recognized by bosses and customers for her outstanding work.
So yeah, this video makes my blood boil, and clearly, I'm not the only one. A protest was organized on Facebook.
