Minnesota Renaissance Festival in the Running for Best in the Country

We're a few months away from the first Huzzah, but we're already talking about the Minnesota Renaissance Festival, and that's because they're up for Best Renaissance Faire for 2026.

Renaissance Faires go on all over the US, but Minnesota's is by far one of the best, and I don't think I'm being biased.

My husband and I traveled to Colorado back in September, and one person that we started talking to brought up Renaissance Faires. They knew we were from Minnesota, and they said they were so jealous of our Ren Fest and that it's one of THEE Ren Fests to go to in the country.

Whether you go dressed up or in your regular street clothes, the Minnesota Renaissance Festival is always so much fun for all.

Vote for the Minnesota Renaissance Festival at the Best in the US

Ren Fest doesn't kick off until August 22nd (and goes until October 4th), but right now we need to get our votes in to crown them the best Renaissance Faire in the country!

The voting is being done through USA Today's 10Best. There are 20 in the running, chosen by USA Today editors. We have until 11 AM Central Time on Monday, March 2nd, to cast our votes.

Then, on Wednesday, March 11th, the final list will be released, naming the top 10 best Renaissance Faires in the country. I can't imagine Minnesota's wouldn't be in the top 10, but I really hope we take the top spot.
