Comedian Bert Kreischer’s Tour Bus Goes Up in Flames on I-94

Friday night, comedian Bert Kreischer was in Rochester, MN doing a stand-up show. He's an absolutely hilarious guy! But something super scary happened just days after his show here.

Bert shared the story on social media stories about his tour bus going up in flames along I-94 in Minnesota.

Bert Kreischer's Tour Bus Goes Up in Flames Along I-94

Bert had a show on Saturday night in Fargo. After the show, he said around 11 PM, they left town to head down to Cedar Rapids.

But just outside of Fargo, one of the tires on the bus blew out. Super annoying! They waited around for a few hours and then everyone but the bus driver hopped on the crew busses instead and finished the trip to Cedar Rapids.

Then Sunday morning, Bert gets word that the tour bus that everyone had left caught on fire, and the picture is insane.

He says that everyone is safe, the driver who was still with the bus got out in time, but also said that 15 seconds from the fire starting the whole front cabin was up in flames.

In his Facebook story, Bert said, "Had we slept on that bus we all would have been trapped in the back and we'd all be dead today." That's so scary! Literally, the only reason no one else was on that bus was because of the tire blowout earlier.

"It was a blessing that we had a blowout," Bert said.
