One of the best summer traditions in Southeast Minnesota is eating fresh sweet corn off the cob. This weekend, the 56th Annual Corn on the Cob Days is back and is full of live music, a parade, and free sweet corn.

Five Days Of Corn, Music and Fun at the 56th Annual Corn On The Cob Days in Plainview, Minnesota
The corn has been growing, and the live music is booked for the 56th Annual Corn on the Cob Days, August 12th to 16th. This year, there are five full days of family-friendly fun planned just for you.

Sunday Brings The Sweet Corn
And now for the part you've been wanting to know...when you can eat some freshly picked sweet corn for free.
The free sweet corn starts at 11:00 am on Sunday, August 16th. Get to the northwest corner of Wedgewood Park early because the corn will be served until 3:00 pm or until it's gone.
Thanks to the Plainview Lions Club, your sweet corn comes with the best fixins'...butter!
