Charges Stemmed From Zumbrota Police Investigation

According to the criminal complaint, Rudolph was charged in May following an investigation by the Zumbrota Police Department. The investigation began a little more than a month earlier, after authorities received information that he was sending and receiving sexually explicit photos and videos through Snapchat. The complaint says investigators identified two juvenile female victims.

Two Victims in Case

The complaint alleges that Rudolph pressured a 15-year-old girl into sending him nude photos of herself. It also says the girl told investigators that Rudolph sent her sexually explicit images of himself.

The charges allege that the second juvenile victim also sent Rudolph nude photos of herself, as well as sexually explicit videos. According to the complaint, the communications between Rudolph and the two girls occurred between June and October of last year.
