This just makes me angry. Why would someone feel the need to do this? A community decoration contest winner had over 300 dollars worth of decorations destroyed on Halloween night. Images were captured of the vandals, and they are looking for help identifying who is behind this senseless act.

The Superior Spooktacular has its annual "Haunt Your House" contest every Halloween. They have multiple winners each year, and they post a list of the homes so people know where they can tour the homes, and be sure to stop by when trick or treating on Halloween.

The online voting winner was 1208 Hughitt Avenue in Superior, Wisconsin.

In the next picture, you can see others walking down the street and sidewalk. It's unclear if they were a part of this, but you would imagine if it was a decent person they would have called the police on the vandal.
