We all have that one friend (or possibly more) that ALWAYS has to post vaguely on Facebook about something that is going on in their life, but then NEVER explain to the people that comment with genuine concern, what is going on. Stop it, vaguebookers! If you're going to put a status on Facebook, then answer the people that may be worried about you. If you can't respond, then don't post anything. Here's a prime example:

That's just one example, but I see it all the time! The, "OMG, I can't believe this is happening to me!" post that goes up. but then no response when people ask what's going on. I've also seen it where people will post another vague status shortly after the first one because they didn't get a response from the first one.

Vaguebooker's posts are a cry for attention. Stop it, please! I used to chuckle at people's statuses like that, but now it's maddening. What's wrong with actually picking up the phone and calling your top three or four friends for support? Why do you have to do it on Facebook?

Another one I saw yesterday was:

Vaguebooker: "I can't handle this right now"
Friend: "What's wrong, hun?"
Vaguebooker: "Nothing that I can share here"
Friend: "I'll send you a pm"
Vaguebooker: No. It'll take too long to explain."

How annoying is that? If you can't share the whole story on Facebook or even talk about it in a PM, then either call a friend or relative or shut the hell up and keep it to yourself.

I swear, the next time I see a vague status on my wall, my response will be simple:

There's a special place in hell for you, Vaguebooker! Well, there's a special place on the web for you, anyway. For more of this stupidity, check out Vaguebook.org.
