UPDATE: Iowa Trucker Hurt in Twin Cities Accident Dies

A man from Fort Dodge, Iowa suffered fatal injuries Monday morning after he was hit by a pickup truck on a Twin Cities freeway.

The State Patrol says 47-year-old Robert Passow was standing near his semi-truck when he was struck. The Patrol says his truck had just been involved in a traffic accident with another vehicle.The Patrol says Passow suffered serious injuries and later died.

The incident happened around 6 a.m. along I-35 in Minneapolis.
